At Hale, we aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on UK Bank Holidays will be processed the following working day.

We offer a straightforward, reliable shipping service across the entire United Kingdom.

• Shipping Cost: FREE on all orders.

3. How to Track Your Order

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number. You can follow its journey directly through the link provided in the email.

4. Delivery Areas

Currently, Hale Breathing Labs ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the best possible service for our UK customers.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Hale is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

6. Delayed or Missing Parcels

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasionally delays occur within the carrier network. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of receiving your tracking number, please contact our support team so we can investigate.
