Refund policy
1. Our "Breathe Better" Guarantee
We are so confident that Hale will transform your breathing and sleep that we offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you’ve used the product as directed and don’t feel a significant improvement in your airflow or sleep quality, we want to make it right. Unlike many companies, we allow you to try the product. If it's not for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. Returns of Unopened Items
If you have changed your mind and the product is still in its original, sealed packaging, you are eligible for a full refund.
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
- To start a return please contact us.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in pristine condition, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging. Because Hale is a personal care product, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, handled, or consumed for hygiene reasons.
3. How the Refund Process Works
Once we receive and inspect your return (for unopened items) or approve your guarantee claim (for used items), we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days.
4. Return Shipping
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your Hale kit arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault with the magnetic band, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement free of charge.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that consumed or partially used adhesive tabs cannot be returned. For a return to be valid, the product must be in its original state. If the security seal is broken or if the product shows signs of use, it will not be eligible for a refund under our standard return policy.
